PGA Fall Tour

November 5, 2007 / by theprofessor

It sure was good to see some drama and excitement for the PGA. At least the Fall Tour has some meaning for a great many of the players. Once the "Big Name" boys chose not to play, the game got a more competitive edge to it. The same can be said of the Nationwide Tour as the top 25 got their cards for the PGA next year. Hopefully, these "Fall" stars get a taste of what it is like to be a winner and bring their attitude to the plate when the new season starts.

It's nice having a fair playing field....or course. Bad attitude is unfair for those who really want to play the game, hope to have a shot at winning and achieve some fame, and keep a sense of good sportsmanship about them, so it's good having just these people competing. (It gives the fans a break from the "Big Name" boys and some enjoyment in watching some really good golf.)[THUMBUP]
