The Masters, 2008

April 12, 2008 / by theprofessor

I am looking forward with much anticipation for the start of one of the truly great golf traditions.  Forget about the beauty of this place, as it is truly a panarama of beauty with the flowers and Ga
Springtime.  What I really enjoy seeing is the intensity of the players.  Forget about Tiger,as he is always intent, too intent if you ask me.  Love watdching Furyk and even old Phil make an ass of himself.  The Goose may be lurking this year and old Ernie, I am afraid, has shot his load.  Sergio, too immature.   Would love to see Woody win it with a playyoff  with the Tigerman as Woody has a way with words.  The Brits and the Aussies are not going to do it this year, not until the British Open, but I am getting ahead of myself.  Hope for a great competition and may the best man win.

So, you don't think Sergio can do it?  I tend to think he can.  Oh, maybe he doesn't have as great a chance as Tiger (or Woody), but I think that Sergio's got just enough, has come along just enough to have a better than a slim chance.

Looks like Sergiol not in it this year and the Goose as well.  Tiger is pressing and doubtful if he wins it.  I have the match on TV now, but as not too interested as I just got your info on greasy and will be posting over there.
